 and trimming skills are required.  Porcelain clay required for Crystalline
 .\n\nThis class will focus on helping students to refine throwing\, trimmi
 ng and glazing skills\, and will also cover the preparation and firing tec
 hniques for Crystalline glazes.  An emphasis will be placed on intentional
 ly creating forms that reflect the creativity of the student.  We will inc
 lude both a gas firing (Cone 10) and a Crystalline firing (Cone 10).  We w
 ill cover the entire journey of making pieces on the wheel through the gla
 zing and firing process.  Students will be encouraged to choose a specific
  focus for improvement\; demos will reflect those choices. We will finish 
 the class with gas-fired or crystalline pieces that celebrate their proces
 s. Students wanting to fire crystalline glazes must use porcelain clay.\n

 embers must be VACCINATED to enter the Guild. Students are encouraged to b
