My name is Katalin Messing and I'm an artist and illustrator from Budapest, Hungary. I started working with clay in Boulder in 2011.

All my work is unique and tells a story. My functional work is wheel thrown and I draw into the clay when it is in a leather hard stage. I paint and fire to different temperatures with varying types of firings, depending on the clay I'm using.
