Class Cancellation Policy*
Below is the Boulder Potter's Guild policy for cancellations and refunds:
Cancel 5 or more days before 1st class: 100% refund, but you will be charged $25 processing fee
Cancel less than 5 days before the 1st class: 50% refund + $25 processing fee
Cancel after the 1st class and before the 2nd class: 50% refund + $25 processing fee
Cancel after the 2nd class: No refund

Class Waitlist policy*
The Guild allows 4 people to join a waitlist for each class. If a registered student drops out of a class, waitlisted people will be contacted in the order they signed up. They will have 24 hours to respond. If they don't respond, the next person will be contacted. New students will not be allowed to join classes beginning in the third week of class.
Below is the payment policy for joining a class as a waitlisted person:
Week 1 - Enrollment before 1st class: Pay full price
Week 2 - Miss 1st class; enroll before 2nd class: Pay 85% of price
